Additionally, she has a network of competent professionals that she refered us to for other necessary pre-closing services that we were very happy with. She went above and beyond to help us, as we purchased our home in the Upstate sight-unseen (which we never imagined we would ever do), since we live in New England--Paula's help and expertise enabled us to do what we thought would be impossible, and this saved us tons of time and money. Katie held my hand through the most tumultuous experience of my life.
We never knew until hours before if it was going to happen ... NOT due to her. She even went BEYOND what would or could be expected from a realtor and involved her 17 year old son to help her move 1,000 pounds of a pergula which had been delivered 4 days before it was supposed to be .... at 8:30 at night!
