Jeff Parks, a proud Spartanburg County native, attended Gardner-Webb University majoring in Business Administration. He began his professional career in the retail grocery industry, where he spent 36 years working with three companies in a variety of leadership roles, including Human Resources Manager and Division Director. Over the course of his career, he oversaw up to 75 retail locations and managed a workforce of more than 17,000 employees. His results during this time were truly outstanding and resulted in numerous awards and recognition.
With a long-standing interest in real estate, Jeff made a career change in 2018 and became a licensed REALTOR®. He quickly built a successful business, helping numerous families buy and sell their homes throughout the Upstate. His performance and leadership led to an opportunity to serve as Broker In Charge of the Spartanburg Office for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS®.
Jeff has leveraged his extensive background in human resources, leadership, and operations management to transform the office’s culture and performance. He is known for his strengths in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and team building. Under his guidance, the office has seen positive growth, with a renewed focus on professionalism, agent support, and client service.
Outside of real estate, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on all Clemson sports, and playing golf. He has been happily married to his wife Kim for 33 years and is the proud father of Jennifer and Mandy—and most importantly, the doting grandfather of Holden.
